David Kashani is the founder of the Law Offices of David P. Kashani, APLC.  Mr. Kashani is admitted to practice law before all Courts of the states of California, New York State, Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Kashani graduated, cum laude, from UCLA with a Bachelor in Arts degree in History. He is also a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. Mr. Kashani received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California.
Prior to establishing his own Law Firm, Mr. Kashani was a managing partner at another law firm that exclusively represented the member of the financial industry, including but not limited to, Registered Investment Advisors and Broker Dealers. Mr. Kashani also acted as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant with another firm in Beverly Hills, California.
