Prior to establishing his own Law Firm, Mr. Kashani was a managing partner at another law firm that exclusively represented the member of the financial industry, including but not limited to, Registered Investment Advisors, Break-Away Brokers, and Broker Dealers. Mr. Kashani also acted as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant for 2 years with another firm in Beverly Hills, California.

Through these firms, Mr. Kashani represented and advised clients in such matters as RIA Registrations, Broker-Dealer Registrations, Employment matters and exit strategies pertaining to Break-Away Brokers, Securities Compliance relating to both Federal and State Laws (Blue Sky), and Corporate Law matters.

Mr. Kashani has also represented clients in matters relating to Real Estate including transactional work and litigation, Business transactions and litigation, Personal Injury, and Immigration while employed by other law firms..

Mr. Kashani is the founding member of the Law Offices of David P. Kashani, P.C. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Whittier College School of Law in Costa Mesa, California in 2005 and B.A., Cum Laude, in History from UCLA in 2002. His Bar Admissions include California, New York, and Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the Central District, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Kashani is also a member of the American Bar Association
